Each shadow box is handcrafted to order, framed by Frame Haven Designs & Finds in Norman, Oklahoma, then arranged using your preserved florals. Choose your frame and size below. How long does the preservation process take?

From the time I receive your flowers, the full process takes about 10-14 weeks. This includes preservation, design, and custom framing through Frame Haven Designs and Finds.

When should I send my flowers after the wedding or event?

As soon as possible! Ideally within a day or two. Fresh flowers preserve the best, so the sooner they reach me, the better the final result.

What flowers preserve well, and are there any that don’t?

Most florals preserve beautifully, but some hold their color and shape better than others. I’ll always take a look at your specific arrangement and let you know what to expect.

How do I get my flowers to you?

We offer local pickup/delivery in the Yukon/OKC area, plus shipping anywhere in Oklahoma, so no matter where you’re located in the state, we can preserve your flowers. Once you book, we’ll send you details on how to get them to us.

How long will my shadow box last, and how do I care for it?

With proper care, your shadow box can last for years. Keep it out of direct sunlight and excess humidity to help preserve the color and shape of your florals long-term.

Can you preserve flowers that have already started wilting or drying?

It depends on the condition of the flowers, every case is a little different. Send me a photo and I’ll let you know honestly what’s possible.

What if my flowers fade or change color during preservation?

Some color shift is a natural part of the drying process. If needed, I offer color correction using artist-grade pastels to restore a soft, natural look to your preserved blooms.

Can I include other items, like vows or jewelry, in the shadow box?

Yes, many clients love adding small sentimental items alongside their florals. Let me know what you’re hoping to include and we’ll design around it.
